Our service is free and we need donations to keep it running
All our volunteers give their time freely. However, there are running costs associated with delivering this service. These costs include staffing, technology, rent, printing & stationery.
We receive no statutory funding, and rely on support from our local council, trusts and foundations and the generous support of our local community.
Regular donations
As an example, a regular £5 a month donation could go towards phone lines to help clients who cannot attend in-person appointments to get the support and advice they need.
Single donations
As an example, a £10 donation covers the cost of an unlimited call back telephone line (for a month) for clients who cannot afford to wait in a queue.
