Email and telephone service
To help all people who live or work in Dacorum we have implemented an email response service that will provide information and limited advice.
To make this service easier for everyone please attempt to self-help by viewing all available information that can be found on our national website citizensadvice.org.uk relating to your issue/concern.
If you cannot find the information you need then click the image below to take you to our web form. Please provide as much information as you can, especially what you have done already, as this will save us recommending things you have already tried, which can be very frustrating. This service is another way to get key information, and has response time of within 5 working days.

We also have our Hertfordshire Adviceline service which we have increased our capacity to deal with issues on the telephone. If your issue needs further assistance then we will place you into a work queue with your local Citizens Advice who will call you back within 3 working days. These call backs might come from a withheld number.

If you have call blocking services on your phone then you will need to disable this while you are waiting for a response from us. Please be aware that the NHS, GP surgeries all typically call from withheld or private numbers so you might be preventing other key services from contacting you.
