Vacancy – Office Manager

JOB TITLE:                       Office Manager (permanent)

SALARY:                          25,463 + OLW pro rata (£24,155 p.a. actual)

HOURS:                           34 hours per week (fixed hours)

REPORTS TO:                  Chief Executive

RESPONSIBLE FOR:       Smooth and efficient running of the office


If you’re a great organiser with strong administration skills and a flair for leading and motivating a team, then this could be the role for you.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for organising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. This includes the organising of people, information and other resources. You must make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.

Currently, we have 2 offices, the central one in Hemel Hempstead and an outreach office in Berkhamsted. Although your main place of work will be at the Hemel Office, the post will require some travel between the two including attendance at the Berkhamsted office as necessary.
